Schools, gyms, apartment complexes, hospitals, and high-traffic public buildings often qualify with fewer because foot-traffic patterns differ. If you're below the threshold for a snack-and-drink combo, a smaller beverage-only or healthy-snack micro-machine may still be a fit.

From signing up to a live, fully-stocked machine typically takes 7–14 business days. The site survey happens within 48 hours, machine delivery and installation are scheduled the following week, and the first product fill is included. We coordinate with your facilities or HR contact to minimize disruption.

A local route driver handles restocking, cleaning, and cash collection — you never lift a finger. Restock frequency is set by demand: high-traffic locations are visited weekly, lower-volume sites every 10–14 days. Yes. Every location gets a custom planogram based on what your team actually buys. You can pre-approve the initial lineup, request specific brands, exclude certain items (e.g., no energy drinks at schools), and rotate products seasonally. If something isn't selling, the operator swaps it out.

Modern machines accept cash, credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and contactless tap-to-pay. Mobile-pay readers are standard on every new installation. For office locations that want a cashless-only setup (faster service, no coin handling), we can disable bill acceptance on request.

The local operator. Most service calls are resolved within 24 hours; complex hardware issues are handled within 2–3 business days. Each machine carries a 24/7 service number on the front so any employee can report an issue directly. Repairs, parts, and service visits are 100% free to the host location.

A standard 110V outlet within a few feet of the planned placement is all that's needed — same as a refrigerator. No plumbing, no drilling, no networking required (the cellular modem is built in). Footprint is roughly 30–40 inches wide and 35 inches deep; the operator confirms clearance during the site survey.
